Not enough staff but the staff who care really work over and above. They've overworked and need assistance...smh They take way to long to answer the floor phone which is disturbing. You cant get a single person in administration to call u back or answer your call. My mom has had numerous falls in which I've noted for investigation. We spend most of our days in a basement dining room. The day program consists mostly of cutting out pieces of construction paper or gluing together wooden sticks and the like. There is an exercise room with aging equipment that the staff barely know how to operate. Amsterdam Nursing Home was an older but excellent, very elegant, and clean place with good rehab.
